Bottle Tilting Conveyor could make bottle in the lying down situation, bottle opening and cap could be sterilized by temperature of product liquid at 30 to 40 seconds continuously.

Waterfall Type Cap Elevator :

Strips on the elevator will hang the caps to ascend, application of central gravity difference, the caps in wrong direction will fall down, after arriving the top of machine, caps will be blew to cap chute by compressed air.
